The virtual Gala is set for Wednesday, February 24, 2021.  We will begin streaming at 6:45 p.m. and officially begin the program at 7:00 p.m. sharp.

This year’s Gala will be a live-streamed event.  We promise an enjoyable program!  Our past Galas have always been fun evenings as the community has come together to celebrate kids finding success through lacrosse, and the programming offered by Denver City Lax.  To capture that spirit virtually we are looking forward to sharing new videos and presentations by City Lax boys and girls while also hearing from staff and special guests.

And you can join us from the comfort of your home, or anywhere else you might be, with friends and family!

Donors supporting at a level of $100 or more will be registered for the event and receive access to the virtual event, as well as a delivered City Lax hat(s) and an event party pack.

There are a wide variety of sponsorship levels available for both individuals and businesses.  Please view our sponsorship packet for a listing of sponsorship levels and benefits.   We welcome and need your support to help us reach our financial goals during challenging times.

All contributions are greatly appreciated; however, the minimum donation amount to access the live virtual event (as well as receive a party pack and a City Lax hat(s)) is $100.

Do the same this year! Tables have historically been $1500 for 10 attendees. This year, pick a sponsor level you are comfortable with and then get ready to invite your friends to join. We will coordinate with you to add your guests to the virtual event to be sure they receive access. But we are encouraging everyone joining us for the virtual Gala to make their contribution prior to the event.

Of course! Health concerns and restrictions may dictate whether groups gather together at a home or get together online to view the gala. Watch parties have been a fun way for friends and family, near and far, to gather together and maintain the community aspect of the evening.

We will send an event access link prior to the event.

No, you will not have access to microphones or webcams during the program.  Just tune in, get comfortable, and celebrate.

Donating is easy and there are many ways to do so before, during, and after the event.

We will have a short paddle raise during the event, but because of the shortened virtual presentation this year please consider making your fully tax-deductible donations prior to the actual event.  We’ve listed paddle raise levels on our sponsorship page. 

Event Party Pack's will vary based on donation level. All party packs will include event information, a City Lax hat, and event experience suggestions.

Leading up to the event we will contact you to get information related to delivering items to your home and/or arranging pick-up.
